Friends of Messalonskee (FOM) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, making your dues tax deductible.

Your membership dues contribute toward various initiatives such as the Courtesy Boat Inspection Program (CBI) at Oakland and Sidney boat launches to prevent invasive plants from entering or leaving the lake, Variable Leaf Milfoil - and other invasive plant control – by hand-pulling and barrier laying methods, and Diver-Assisted Suction Harvesting. We conduct invasive plant surveys throughout the summer and fall.

All online transactions are securely processed through PayPal, and having a PayPal account is not necessary.
